Korrie-Mae is a visionary, values-based leader. She has over 20 years of executive leadership experience that has focused on driving strategy, creating strong teams, leading financial growth and stabilizing programs. She works to build a passionate culture ethical practice, based on shared vision and values. Korrie-Mae’s background includes work as an Executive Business Coach, CEO of a Montessori Preschool and VP and Co-founder of a boutique custom home building organization during the last 10 years. During this time, she has demonstrated a multi-disciplinary approach using a diverse set of business skills. Leveraging her extensive experience, she has focused on strategic planning, operational excellence and a strong customer experience. She advocates for building a family- and child-centric culture based on inspiring collaborative efforts and aiming for program excellence and aligned integrity in child care and early learning.
