This month in the kitchen we’re visiting the world of curries. This variety of dishes originate from the Indian subcontinent and are usually prepared in a sauce which includes a combination of spices or herb. They are so versatile! Vijay, cook at Pump-Kin Patch, shares with us their secret for a good fish curry.
Fish Curry
Ingredients:
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tablespoon mustard seed
- 1 Tablespoon Fenugreek seed
- 5 to 6 Dry red chili
- Curry leaves
- 2 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 3 Tablespoon Chili powder
- 3 Tablespoon Coriander powder
- 2 onions, sliced
- 6 tomatoes, sliced
- ½ C tamarin pulp
- 1 C Coconut milk
- 1 Kg Salmon
